Workwise is a free, digital learning platform created to help people build confidence, develop new skills, and take real steps toward employment.

The workwise project is part of a place-based collaboration representing a bold new way of working – combining regional insight, digital innovation, and inclusive design to drive economic resilience and lifelong learning across the North East of Scotland.

Developed through a unique partnership led by Aberdeen City Council in collaboration with Aberdeenshire Council and North East Scotland College, the programme is funded by Ufi VocTech Trust, an independent charity focused on unlocking the full potential of technology to get adults learning.

Workwise aims to help individuals move closer to work and future opportunities by offering easy to access online resources developed with Gateway Shared Services.
